Parent Club FIU Webinars
Florida International University, Center for Children and Families, Parent Club Free Live Weekly Webinar series in English, Spanish, and Haitian-Creole continues this week (8/31/2020 - 9/4/2020). Using one of the evidenced-based Triple P Parenting Program topics: The Power of Positive Parenting as the focus, the live webinar allows participants to ask questions of the Center clinicians presenting the topic. Attached are the flyers in the three languages with the dates and times of the webinars and below, are the areas covered by the webinar topic:
· Ensuring a safe, engaging environment
· Creating a positive learning environment
· Using assertive discipline
· Having reasonable expectations
· Looking after yourself as a parent
