Shower your teachers with little tokens of Gratitude all week long! Monday, May 1st: Bring you teacher a flower (fresh, a plant, a bouquet, from your garden, handmade, or a drawing) Tuesday, May 2nd: Bring your Teacher a Snack (fruits, granola bars, chocolates, chips, etc.) Wednesday, May 3rd: Wear your Teacher's Favorite color top with Uniform Bottoms. Thursday, May 4th: "Pamper your Teacher" (anything to help them relax and feel great!) Friday, May 5th: Give your Teacher Smiles and Compliments All Day!!! MUST COME FROM THE HEART! Please do not forget Art, Music, Spanish and PE Teachers. You can choose any and/or all the activities to show your appreciation. Let us show our love for our amazing BPA of Village Green Teachers. Earth Day @ Main Campus On Friday, May 21st Village Green Main Campus students, teachers, and staff will be beautifying our campus once again. Village Green Families we need your help! Plant Donations are needed Kinder-2nd grade Orchids with roots, cotton string or clear string, and Moss 3rd-8th grade Hibiscus shrub of any color and bags of dirt Remember donations count for PAVE Hours. All Donations due by Thursday, April 20th If you would like to volunteer, please speak with HR Teacher.

Art Fundraiser-Square1Art Main Campus for Kindergarten through 5th grade parents Satellite Campus for 2nd through 5th grade parents Order your child's drawing on different products. Look at the back of the order form for the price and type of item. You can order online at square1art.com/shop, over the phone, or with the paper order form. Paper order forms must be returned to homeroom teacher with the check written to Square 1 Art. All shipping is free. Orders are due by April 21st. FREE Chess Academy Tryouts Tomorrow at Main Campus from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm Students will learn the chess board, how to move the pieces, piece value, chess notation, opening theories, strategies, tactics, end-game technics and check matte patterns. In addition, the participants will have the opportunity to play with other players and receive feedback from coach.
